What to expect
I believe that any body can do yoga, and thus I teach in a way that is open and accessible for all levels of experience. My classes are gentle, breath-focused and include dynamic movement to get the body warm. I take great care in sequencing my classes for both building strength and flexibility and for the safety of my students. I provide clear direction and explanations surrounding the practice.
I love to theme my classes, and will often share quotes, stories, philosophy or words of wisdom; always with grace and often with humor!
Know that my classes are a safe space to explore; that the function of yoga is my priority over the form of the postures; and that I promote a competitive-free environment. Your mat is a place to tap back into the peace and serenity already available to you.

Private Instruction
Private sessions are all about you. Consider a private if you're new to yoga and want to break down a pose or poses in more depth; if you've been practicing for a while and want to delve deeper into meditation and breath work; or if you fall anywhere in between and have something you'd like to dedicate space too. The possibilities are limitless.
